Baby Shopping Doesn’t Have to Break the Bank
May 28, 2009 by Kristy Pruitt

If there’s a baby in your life, you know that it’s amazing how much stuff such a small person can need. Diapers and bottles are only the beginning. They need cribs and bedding, strollers, bibs, booties, toys… the list goes on and on.
Whether you need baby products for your own growing family or gifts for a new or soon-to-be mom, Coupon Trunk has got you covered. Here are some online baby deals of note:
- Baby Universe has just about anything you could possibly need for your little bundle of joy, from diapers and formula to car seats and strollers. Their deals include free shipping on lots of items (including strollers) and 20% off on any purchase of select infant toys over $50.
- Posh Tots specializes in baby furnishings. There you’ll find lots of high-quality bedding, cribs, nursery decor and more. They also offer free shipping on many items.
- For your little one’s outdoor needs, check out Upside Over. They have clothes and shoes for any type of weather, and you can get an additional 10% off on sale merchandise.
Shopping for baby stuff is fun, but it can get very expensive. Making use of baby coupon codes and deals can help new parents stretch their budgets a little further.

It seems that some, but not all, retailers aren’t taking printable coupons. The reason that some don’t accept any printable coupons is because of the rare counterfeit coupon. The retailer can’t get reimbursed from manufacturers for the counterfeit coupons. To be safe when it comes to saving money, it’s still always wise to check for coupons that come in your local paper just in case.
Hopefully, the retailers that aren’t accepting printable coupons will soon be able to quickly verify the legitimate printable coupons and hopefully soon.
Thanks for your great question and comments
It is corporate policy that Wal Mart accepts internet coupons. Go to the corporate website and print out the policy and carry it with you. I did this with our store and now have no problem with them taking my coupons.
