poor customer service

Yes, the site is easy to use and the folks on the other end of the line are easy to talk to. That is where the good ends however. We spent nearly $250 at this site. We found the costumes to be ok at best and we wanted to return them. They clearly state that the return period is 14 days from shipping.....this is hardly enough time for anyone on the go....especially is the shipper encounters difficulties....which they clearly state this is not their problem. Our 14 days were up on Friday 9/30/2011. We attempted to return them today, 10/03/2011. We were told we were beyond the return window. Yes, they were honoring their policy but as customer service.....this is pretty bad. There are allot of companies out there willing to bend over backwards to retain your business.....this is not one of them. When we tried to escalate our call to someone who could make a decision.....we were told it is a privately held company and the owners DO NOT talk to customers?!? really?? I recommend going to one of their competitors. Poor rating
