I booked a hotel through the website under the impression that you use their service because you get a good deal?As i was checking out at the end of my stay, I asked the hotel for a receipt. I noticed on the receipt that the hotel had gave me the price was a huge difference in what i was charged through hotels.com . The charge was much lower then what was charged on my card by hotels.comI then call customer service and was hung up on 3 times, after waiting on the phone for a least 30 mins each time.Then once getting through to a rep. Unfortunetly i couldnt understand her well and she couldnt understand me well.After explaining to the lady the situation, I asked for a price match . What they charged me to what the actual hotel would've charged. I placed on hold for another 30 mins and was told they couldnt do a full price match , but they would refund me 20.00!!!!!! I mean really??? I will never use them again.
