My OTC Store Coupons

I seriously think that this company is consciously committing fraud on the consumers. I placed my order on my Anrdoid phone, which allows for Google Checkout. When I was first presented with my order screen, the shipping charges were defaulted for standard shipping. I did not change this. When I got to the review screen before submitting the order, the shipping had changed to 2-Day express shipping. I then changed it back to standard shipping and placed the order through Google Checkout. When the Google Checkout screen came up, the order had 2-Day express shipping on it! I changed the shipping on this screen again - back to standard - and submitted the order. My order confirmation said that I requested 2-Day shipping. I immediately called myotcstore, and they promised that my order will be changed to standard shipping, and I would be refunded the difference back to my credit card. Guess what? Yeah, you guessed right: My order came 2-Day express. I called myotcstore, and they said that they had no record of my telephone request - they only know that I asked for 2-Day on the order. They refused to refund the money. I paid more for shipping than the cost of the product. I can see how they are making their money on their low prices. They defraud the consumer by adding an expensive shipping and handling charge. Buyer beware. Do not EVER do business with this vendor! They are totally unscrupulous and need to be reported to a law enforcement agency. I wish that I had read some reviews before I placed my order with them, because apparently I am not the only one that was defrauded with a hefty shipping charge by this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!
